I've been aquainted with those migraines. I'm not sure why it works, but I've found that an exhausting workout, (with lots of sweating), can help decrease the pain of severe migraines. Not real fun, but it does work to a degree. You have to get started before the migraine gets too powerful though.

I think it is also cleaning out the closets in our hearts, minds and souls. Sometimes, unconsciously, we are holding onto emotional baggage that we think we have gotten rid of but is still lurking around under the dust bunnies. I find it hard to get rid of the baggage, no matter how hurtful it is making my life. Clearing out the cobwebs in my heart is not the easiest task of all. Neither is shuffling through the clutter of my home. However, I have found making lists, and tackling one project at a time, one piece at a time has worked to lessen the headaches I may encounter. I hope your decluttering will benefit the health and well being of your spirit. I look forward to reading more and maybe gaining some tips I can use in my life. Peace and Blessings...
